World Food Day: Smithsonian Food History Weekend

This day, Friday, October 16, marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United nations.
This year's World Food Day 2020 theme is: "Grow, Nourish, Sustain. Together. Our Actions are our Future." (http://www.fao.org/world-food-day/home/en/) Food Tank’s World Food Day event is part of the Smithsonian Food History Week https://americanhistory.si.edu/events/food-history-weekend.
It starts Thursday, 6:30 pm and runs through Saturday so there is something for everyone.
Of particular interest is “Deep Dish Dialogues: Rebuilding the Food System" at 11 am on Friday, October 16.
