The Achebe Leadership Forum Featuring the Honorable Nana Akufo-Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana

We are pleased to invite you to the 2019 Achebe Leadership Form. This special event is sponsored by The Christie and Chinua Achebe Foundation, Rutgers' Center for African Studies, Rutgers Global, and Rutgers' School of Arts and Sciences.
The Honorable Nana Akufo-Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana, is our Distinguished Speaker. He will deliver a lecture on "From Poverty to Prosperity: The Africa We Want"
The President's address will be followed by responses by distinguished experts, discussion, and a reception.
We kindly request that you register for the event in advance of September 21st to secure parking.
Parking is available in Lots 1 and 16 (maps.rutgers.edu). All visitors must pre-register their vehicles here:

Faculty, staff, and students must park only in lots designated to them. We recommend arriving on campus by 12 pm, as there will be a home football game on that day. The Achebe Leadership Forum will begin promptly at 1 pm.
